01Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Agentlens, operated by Anthony Venture Labs (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using Agentlens or purchasing any audit, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using Agentlens on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
02The service
Agentlens provides automated audits that measure how large language models read, parse, and cite information about your business. Each audit generates a composite score and structured report based on:
- Public technical signals about the domain you submit (robots.txt, schema.org markup, sitemap, page content visible to crawlers).
- Live queries to third-party AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini).
- Comparative analysis against competitor domains within your category.
You may only submit a domain or URL that you own, operate, or have explicit authorization to analyze. Submitting domains for which you have no legitimate interest is prohibited.
03Pricing & payment
Audit pricing is shown in U.S. dollars on the pricing section of anthonyventurelabs.com/agentlens. Current tiers:
- Scan — $49 per audit, one-time
- Full Audit — $149 per audit, one-time
Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the listed amount plus any applicable taxes.
We may change pricing for future purchases at any time. Pricing changes do not affect already-completed transactions.
04Service quality
AVL works to deliver every audit accurately and on schedule. All purchases are final once an audit is delivered. Disputes about a delivered report should be raised in writing to support@anthonyventurelabs.com with the audit reference number and a description of the issue.
If an audit cannot be completed for technical reasons on our side (for example, a model API is unavailable for an extended window or our pipeline fails before the report is generated), we will reattempt the audit at no additional cost.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit domains or URLs you do not own or have authorization to audit.
- Use Agentlens to harass, deceive, or harm any third party.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our service.
- Bypass rate limits, abuse coupon codes, or use automated tools to interact with the service in ways not explicitly permitted.
- Resell or redistribute audit reports without explicit written permission, except where you forward your own purchased report internally to your team or stakeholders.
- Use Agentlens output to train competing AI or scoring models.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
06Intellectual property
Our property: The Agentlens scoring methodology, report structure, software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Anthony Venture Labs and protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use audit reports purchased through Agentlens for your own internal business purposes.
Your property: You retain all rights to your domain, website content, and any data you submit. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that information for the purpose of delivering the audit you purchased.
Aggregated data: We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from audits (e.g., category-level benchmarks, average score distributions) for product improvement and research, in a form that cannot be reasonably linked back to you or your business.
07Disclaimers
Agentlens audits are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to provide accurate analysis, we make no warranties that:
- Audit scores are predictive of any specific business outcome.
- Implementing recommended fixes will result in any particular change in AI model behavior or visibility.
- Third-party AI models will respond consistently or accurately to our queries.
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Recommendations contained in audit reports are informational, not professional advice. Implementation should be reviewed by qualified marketing, legal, or technical professionals as appropriate to your situation.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anthony Venture Labs and its affiliates, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Agentlens.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
09Termination
You may stop using Agentlens at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or use the service in a way that creates legal or technical risk.
Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will remain in effect.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of Agentlens will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
