01Introduction
Agentlens (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a research-grade audit instrument operated by Anthony Venture Labs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use anthonyventurelabs.com/agentlens, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
This policy applies to the Anthony Venture Labs website, the Agentlens product, the audit reports we generate, and any services delivered through anthonyventurelabs.com. By using these services, you agree to the practices described here.
02What we collect
Information you provide
- Email address — to deliver audit reports, respond to inquiries, and (with consent) send launch updates.
- Domain or URL you submit for analysis — this is the subject of the audit, not personal data, but we treat it confidentially.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only a transaction ID and the last four digits.
- Optional metadata — company name, role, or industry if you provide it during checkout or in correspondence.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Usage analytics — anonymized event data showing which pages and features are used, to help us improve the product.
Information generated by audits
- Public data about your domain — robots.txt, sitemap, schema.org markup, page content visible to crawlers, and similar publicly accessible technical signals.
- Model query results — responses from third-party LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) when we query them about your domain or category.
03How we use data
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the audit you purchased and any associated reports or files.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Communicate with you about your audit, support requests, and (with consent) product updates.
- Improve the accuracy of our scoring engine and the quality of our reports — using aggregated, de-identified data only.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your audit results with third parties except as required to deliver the service (see below).
04Service providers
To operate Anthony Venture Labs and Agentlens, we rely on these third-party service providers, each of whom processes data under their own privacy commitments:
- Vercel — website hosting, serverless functions, and analytics
- Vercel Postgres (Neon) — database
- Clerk — administrator authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional and marketing email
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google — AI model APIs used during audit generation
- Cloudflare — DNS and DDoS protection
When we send your domain or content to an LLM provider during an audit, we do so under the provider's own data handling terms. We do not authorize any provider to train models on your data, and we configure API requests with retention disabled where supported.
05Cookies & tracking
We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function (session, authentication, cart).
- Analytics cookies — to count and understand usage patterns. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not build cross-site profiles.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may break the site.
06Data retention
- Audit reports — retained for as long as you maintain access. You may request deletion at any time.
- Email and account data — retained while you remain an active user, plus up to 24 months for legal and accounting purposes.
- Payment records — retained as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years in the United States).
- Anonymized usage data — retained indefinitely in aggregated form for product improvement.
07Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to certain types of processing.
- Withdrawal of consent — for processing based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

08Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, access controls on our infrastructure, and regular security review. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data and notify you promptly if a breach affects you.
09Children's privacy
Agentlens is a B2B product not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes & contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or via a prominent notice on the site.
