The problem we're fixing
Most products do not fail because they are bad. They fail because nobody ever finds out they exist. A founder can spend a year building something genuinely good, launch it, and hear crickets. The product was never the problem. Getting it in front of the right people was.
Distribution is the real bottleneck for early startups, and almost nobody is set up to solve it. Founders are usually builders. They are excellent at the product and quietly terrible at getting it seen.
