For people with reach and taste.

Great products die in silence. You are how they get heard.

The AVL Ambassadors Network connects people with real audiences and real communities to the startups we build. When a founder needs to be discovered, you are the reason they are.

01 / The problem

The problem we're fixing

Most products do not fail because they are bad. They fail because nobody ever finds out they exist. A founder can spend a year building something genuinely good, launch it, and hear crickets. The product was never the problem. Getting it in front of the right people was.

Distribution is the real bottleneck for early startups, and almost nobody is set up to solve it. Founders are usually builders. They are excellent at the product and quietly terrible at getting it seen. Meanwhile attention is scattered across a hundred campuses, group chats, subreddits, newsletters, and Discords, and no ad budget buys you into a community that actually trusts the person recommending things. Trust does not come from spend. It comes from a real person other people listen to.

That person is you. A recommendation from someone a community already believes beats a thousand impressions from a stranger. We are building a network of those people and pointing it at products worth talking about, so good work reaches the people it was built for instead of dying undiscovered.

02 / The role

What an Ambassador does

  • Amplify launches. When a product we back goes live, you help it land with the people who follow you and trust your taste.
  • Open doors. A warm intro to the right community, operator, or partner is worth more than any campaign. You make those.
  • Host and gather. Run a demo, a meetup, a group chat drop, an AMA. Put a founder in front of a room that matters.
  • Refer the right people. Point founders toward users, early customers, and talent from inside your network.
  • Give founders the truth. You see products before the public does. Honest, early feedback from someone close to real users is rare and valuable.
  • Run community plays. Know a niche that would love a specific product? You own that move end to end. You never push things you do not believe in. We match you to products you would actually recommend, and your credibility stays yours.
03 / What you get

What you get

  • First access to products and founders. You see and use what we build before anyone else, and you know the people behind it.
  • A real role in launches. You are not a logo on a slide. You are part of how a product actually reaches the world.
  • A founder-and-operator network. The people building these ventures know your name and know you delivered.
  • Reputation as someone who spots winners early. Back the right products early enough and people remember who called it.
  • First look at what is next. Early access to opportunities, roles, and ventures across the AVL network, before they are public.
  • Standing with people who matter. Founders remember the person who showed up when it counted. That travels a long way.
04 / The fit

Who fits

You have real reach and, more importantly, real trust. Size matters less than whether people actually listen when you point at something. You might be:

  • A student leader who runs a campus, a club, or a class group everyone is in.
  • A creator with an audience that trusts your taste on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok.
  • The person who quietly runs the good Discord, Slack, or group chat.
  • A community builder or operator plugged into a local founder or tech scene.
  • A writer with a newsletter people actually open.

The common thread: when you recommend something, people move. That is the whole asset.

06 / FAQ

Questions people ask

How much time does this take?
As much or as little as you want. Some Ambassadors go deep on one launch a quarter. Others move fast and often. You opt into the plays that fit you.
Do I need a huge audience?
No. A tight community that trusts you beats a big one that scrolls past you. We care about influence, not follower counts.
What kinds of products will I be backing?
Products we build and back with founders, matched to your audience. You will only ever be asked to amplify things that fit your community, and you are always free to pass.
What is in this for me, really?
Early access, a genuine role in launches, a network of founders and operators who know your work, and a reputation as someone who spots good things early. Those compound.
